Every bottle starts with scotch bonnets we ferment for six weeks, not extract from a drum. You will taste mango, allspice and smoke before the burn arrives — and it does arrive.
Practice notes
We are a studio of nine, working on housing, schools and the occasional lido. We measure success in planning consents and post-occupancy surveys, not renderings.
Current work: 44 homes in Walthamstow, a sixth-form annexe in Sheffield, and a very complicated barn.

We sign records, not artists — one album at a time, half the profit to the musician from the first copy sold. The catalogue runs from choral drone to bedroom highlife.
