Shoulder seam, chest, sleeve, length — in that order. The shoulder is the only one a tailor can't fix cheaply, so start there.
For chest, you want a hand's width of ease when buttoned. Sleeves should end at the wrist bone with your arm relaxed, and the hem should sit just past your belt if you plan to wear it untucked.
